What it actually does
Two things cost a full shop money every single day. The dead gap: one cut ends at 10:30, the next starts at 10:45, and those 15 minutes fit nothing. And the wrong duration: the system blocks 30 minutes for a service your regular finishes in 20. $harp.edz catches both and turns them back into bookable time.
