Who we are
Sharp.edz OÜ, registered in Pärnu, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at sharpedz@sharpedz.com.
What we collect
When you send the beta form we collect the details you enter: your name, shop name, city, number of barbers, the booking system you use today, your email address and your phone number. We also store the date of your submission.
The gap check tool
When you ask us to send you your gap check report, we store your email address, the consent you gave, and the figures from that check: the service names, durations, prices and share of regulars you entered, and the results we calculated. We use the email address to send you the report and, because you agreed to it, occasional emails about $harp.edz. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails. The calendar screenshots you upload are used only to produce the report and are not stored with it.
Why we use it
We use these details only to contact you about the $harp.edz beta and to understand whether the product fits your shop. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who can see it
Only the Sharp.edz OÜ team. Your details are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process the data on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, or withdrawal of consent. Write to sharpedz@sharpedz.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Besides the technical storage required to load the site, we use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure how many visitors reach this page and submit the form after seeing our ads on Instagram and Facebook. It records your visit, the page you viewed and form submissions, and may set cookies in your browser; Meta may process this data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing loads until you accept it in the cookie bar, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through or by clearing your browser storage. Declining does not affect your use of this site. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number.
